Requirements:

• A Master’s degree is required in Counseling, Social Work or other Human Services field.
• Must have at least 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years working in either child welfare or treatment of adults, children and families.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical supervisory experience in one of the following programs:  Family Based Services, Outpatient, Blended Case Management or Wraparound Services.
• Must be able to adapt hours to the needs of the position.  May need to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Must be able to engage in therapeutic intervention with clients and their families.
• Must be able to conduct intra-agency and inter-agency meetings in a professional manner.
• Must be able to train and supervise treatment staff.
• Must possess above average written communication skills.
• Must have a working knowledge of DSM-IV
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to a telephone.
• Must be eligible for Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
• Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
