Requirements:
- A Master’s degree is required in Counseling, Social Work or other Human Services field.
- Must have at least 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years working in either child welfare or treatment of adults, children and families.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical supervisory experience in one of the following programs: Family Based Services, Outpatient, Blended Case Management or Wraparound Services.
- Must be able to adapt hours to the needs of the position. May need to work evenings and/or weekends.
- Must be able to engage in therapeutic intervention with clients and their families.
- Must be able to conduct intra-agency and inter-agency meetings in a professional manner.
- Must be able to train and supervise treatment staff.
- Must possess above average written communication skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of DSM-IV
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have access to a telephone.
- Must be eligible for Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
- Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
