Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Activity Therapies, Counseling or Education and three years mental health direct care experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Anthropology, Political Science, History, Criminal Justice, Theology, Counseling, Education or be a Registered Nurse and five years mental health direct care experience with two of those years in supervisory experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and three years mental health direct care experience. 
• Case Management experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and access a reliable vehicle is required.
• Must be able to adapt hours to the needs of the position. May need to work evenings and/or weekend hours periodically including on-call emergency services on a rotating basis.
• Must have access to a telephone
• Must be able to remain organized despite pressured situations.
• Must be eligible for Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances.
• Must be able to identify with the agency’s Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
