Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business Administration, Marketing, and Non-profit Leadership required, Master’s preferred.
• Three to five years working with children / teens preferred.
• Three to five years program management including planning, supervision, goal setting and attainment. 
• Group leadership, Case Management and Foster Care experience preferred.
• Must possess knowledge of Foster Care / Adoption regulations.
• Must have prior working knowledge of program operational budget of $400,000 or more. 
• Must have two to four years of marketing experience.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to adapt hours to the needs of the position.  May need to work evenings and / or weekend hours periodically.
• Must have access to a telephone.
• Must be able to remain organized despite pressure situations.
• Must be eligible for Act 33 /34 and FBI clearances.
• Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
