Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in counseling related field area and one year of experience in a CASSP system program required.
- One to three years working with children, teens, families or counseling experience required; case management experience preferred.
- Must have audio/visual/verbal activity to provide supervision for the clients and to perform essential job functions.
- Must have physical dexterity in order to assist in client physical interventions when necessary.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skill
- A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required.
- Must be able to adapt hours to needs of position. May need to work evenings and/or weekend hours regularly, including providing on-call emergency services on a rotating basis.
- Must have access to a telephone.
- Must be able to remain organized despite pressured situations.
- Must be eligible Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
- Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
