Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling Related field, Human Services, or Mental Health field required with documented training in the field of behavior modification techniques, clinical practicum and at least 1 year of direct experience providing clinically supervised treatment to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance; 1 year experience working with children, teens, and families; 1 year experience working in a CASSP system program required, and 1 to 3 years case management experience preferred.
- Must have audio/visual/ verbal activity to provide supervision for the clients and to perform essential job functions.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Must have access to a telephone.
- Must be able to adapt hours to the needs of the position. May need to work evenings and/or weekend hours.
- Must be eligible for Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances.
- Must be able to identify with the agency’s Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
