Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher education, prior experience in food service production is preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English, do simple arithmetic, and follow oral and written instruction.
• Must have the capacity to grasp and adjust to new and changing situations.
• Must be able to accurately use scales and properly use food production equipment.
• Must be able to comprehend and utilize standardized recipes and follow a production sheet.
• Must be able to work with money and operate a cash register.
• Must be able to adhere to dress code at all times.
• Must be able to adjust hours to job requirements; hours will include evenings and weekends.
• Must be eligible for Act 33/34 clearances.
• Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
