Requirements:

• LPN, specific Pharmacological course work preferred.
• Must have audio/visual/verbal activity to provide supervision for the clients and to perform essential job functions.
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to adjust hours to job requirements.
• Must have access to a telephone
• Must be eligible for Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
• Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
