Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing or related fie4ld preferred; Associates degree required.
- Must have one to three years experience in marketing or sales required.
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior presentation and customer service skills.
- Must possess knowledge and skills of computer and of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, Adobe PhotoShop, In-Design and Illustrator.
- Must be adaptable to flexible working hours, including occasional evening and/or weekend hours.
- Must be able to work independently, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to identify with agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
Knowledge Areas:
- Referral Development / Sales Strategies
- Marketing strategies to include advertising, media relations, strategic planning, market research to both sustain current programs and to promote new program growth.
