Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, education or a field in human services and one year experience in a CASSP system program or a high school diploma and 12 college level semester hours in humanities or human services and two years experience in a CASSP system preferred.
• Must have audio/visual/verbal activity to provide supervision for the clients and to perform essential job functions.
• Must have physical dexterity in order to assist in client physical interventions when necessary.
• Must complete and pass agency Crisis/Physical Intervention training.
• Must possess verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to adjust hours to job requirements.
• Access to a telephone.
• Must be eligible for Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
• Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
