Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field; licensed or license eligible preferred with two years direct counseling experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with agency personnel and the community agencies.
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be confidential and protect the confidentially of clients.
• Must be able to adjust hours to job requirements.
• Must have the ability to work independently.
• Must be eligible for Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
• Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
