Confidentiality

It is imperative that all volunteers keep information confidential which might be obtained either directly or indirectly about any client or staff member.

Any observations and concerns about a client or staff member should be shared privately with the Community Relations Coordinator.

The volunteer is required to review and acknowledge that they understand their responsibilities with regard to the following:

                        Ethics in Care – Glade Run’s Policy 105A

                        Confidentiality – Glade Run’s Procedure C-3
