The staff are present during the activities. Individuals teaching craft classes, tutoring, or assisting specialty programs, such as choir, animal, or horticulture, fall into this category. This level also applies to groups visiting the clients consistently more than once a month. Training and Support: The Community Relations Coordinator has an orientation of Glade Run Lutheran Services, and the staff in the units do hands-on training. Reporting: Volunteers initially report to the Community Relations Coordinator. Once they have established their volunteer role, they report to the appropriate department and Glade Run personnel. Volunteers complete Time Sheets and turn them in to the Volunteer Coordinator. They always report concerns and/or suggestions to the Volunteer Coordinator. Time Commitment: Volunteers schedule their time with the appropriate Glade Run staff. This level of volunteering requires consistency and regularity.
