Put on your walking shoes! It’s time to participate in the

On Saturday, May 22nd at Schenley Park in Oakland, thousands of walkers will join together to support 59 local charities at the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community.
Glade Run is honored to be among them.

This exciting walk features a 5K and 1-mile course, live music, food and beverages, prizes, and much more!

The Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community provides an excellent way for new and existing donors to contribute to Glade Run and thereby support the children and families in our care.

Walking not your thing? No problem! You can make a contribution to sponsor the Glade Run Gliders, a group from Glade Run who will be walking that day to support the children and families served by Glade Run’s valuable programs.

Form your teams and start your fundraising! Collect sponsors by asking your neighbors, your friends, your colleagues, and your company to support your efforts. Glade Run is offering incentives including umbrellas, t-shirts and more to qualified  walkers.
