Family Focused Solution Based Services

Family Focused Solution Based Services (FFSBS) is a team delivered, in-home, therapeutic service. FFSBS engages children, their families, and other community members who care about the child in producing an individualized family focused, child-centered service plan that addresses the behavioral health needs of the child/adolescent and assists the family with supporting the child/adolescent with a diagnosed mental health disorder.  Services are provided in the home and community to assist the child/youth with succeeding in the home, community and school settings.  This service also works cooperatively with involved child welfare or juvenile justice entities to identify any unmet family support need in order to improve the overall stability of the home environment and prevent out-of –home placement for the child/adolescent.

FFSBS includes:

• Individual therapy,
• Family therapy,
• Crisis intervention,
• Case coordination, and
• Skill building/psycho-education related to supporting the child/adolescent’s mental health needs in the home and community.

Available in Beaver and Butler Counties.
